Recent Claim Update

Great News. Angela Daniels has recently secured compensation for a victim of assault who had originally had her claim refused.

The client had received a scar to the forehead which was particularly visible. The Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) originally refused the claim saying that the scar was not significant however Angela took the case to review for the client and they have now received an award of £2,400.
