How long does it take to get compensation?
This is a question many people understandably ask. This will depend upon how severe your injuries are, your expected recovery time and if the insurance company accepts responsibility.
What can I make a personal injury claim for?
You can make a personal injury claim if you have been injured due to the negligent actions of another person or company. Personal injury claims include:

What happens when I make a compensation claim?

Liability is agreed: If the insurance company agrees that they are liable this will mean a faster settlement.
How long does it take to receive compensation after accepting an offer?
After your claim has been settled you should receive your compensation between 14 – 21 days. This depends on if your claim was settled in or out of court.
